EXCELLENT PART – TIME OPPORTUNITY!
Video Game “Weekend Warrior”

All shits are 4 hour shifts (this is part time position)
Saturday and Sundays 11am-3pm
You will work Black Friday (Friday after Thanksgiving)
You will also work various hours week before Christmas (flexible hours)
Pay ranges from $14-$19 per hour

You Must have RETAIL or SALES experience and be comfortable selling and training consumers on video games.

Job Responsibilities / Requirements:
Sales: Enthusiastically engage, qualify and close customers on sales of clients products; Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments.

Merchandising: Ensure products are on display, functioning properly and presentable to customers. Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials (provided).
Training: Responsible to train Retail Sales Associates on clients’ products and product benefits. Generate positive PR and Brand Awareness in-store. Ensure clients’ product is “Top of Mind” among Store Associates. Increase Sales Associate recommendation of clients’ product.

Administration/Reporting: Must complete accurate and timely HR paperwork and reports online; call reports, expense reports (if applicable), training certification quizzes, etc... Participate in mandatory conference calls (paid).

Incentive Earning Opportunity:
In addition to the hourly rate offered ($14.00), we believe in rewarding results and outstanding execution. An aggressive sales incentive plan is in place to motivate and reward top performers. Minimum criteria required to be met to be awarded any incentive opportunity offered. Incentive opportunities include the following:

Hourly pay rate increases for successful sales levels obtained. Pay rate increases will range from $1-$4 per hour based on final verified sales and minimum requirements met.
Weekly Product Prizes - Top performers to be recognized and rewarded – minimum average units/dollars sold per event required to qualify. Delegates with the weekly highest average units/dollars sold per event and verified will receive a product prize. Product varies.
One off cash incentives offered throughout the duration of the program i.e. best photo, best success story, competitive intelligence, best practice sharing, and more.

Technical Requirements:

Must be Internet savvy with access to a computer – broadband preferred
Must have a cell phone; text messaging strongly preferred
Reliable transportation; i.e. personal car for transportation to stores/events/meetings
General familiarity with next generation consoles, video games and peripherals
Access to a digital camera is highly desirable

Physical Requirement:

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without limitations and ability to stand for more than 5 hours at a time
Must be capable of bending and kneeling, reaching and lifting and squatting for short periods of time etc…

Dress Code:

Name tag and branded Polo shirt provided
Khaki or black solid pants (must be professional: no cargo or denim pants), Docker’s style is approved
Closed toed sturdy shoes (no open toed, sandals, high heels, or sneakers)

Candidates must possess the following: High school diploma or G.E.D., 18 years of age, valid social security number, legal authority to work in the United States, ability to pass drug-screen and background tests and a willingness to travel (this position may require traveling to specific sites).
