As Director - Quality Assurance/Education, you are responsible for teaching needs of staff, orientation of new employees, and quality assurance programs.

Education:

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Maryland.
Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Two years related teaching and/or quality assurance experience.
Two years long-term-care experience.
Also responsible for infection control, and would need to be Certified Infection Control Practitioner, or be willing to become one.
Full time position, generally Monday thru Friday, but occasional weekends, evenings and nights required.
