A 200-bed luxury hotel with restaurants, banquet facilities, tennis courts, and more, located in the Maryland/Virginia area, is seeking a hands on, hard working, well organized, personable Hotel General Manager to handle the day to day management of the hotel and its staff, including planning, organizing and directing all hotel services - front of house, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, and more.
You will have the unique opportunity to utilize your strong ethics and excellent communication skills to grow your career to the next level. You must have recent bed and breakfast management experience; General Manager experience in a full service hotel; and a record of success, growth and profitability in managing a hotel or bed and breakfast. Additionally, you must possess a Bachelor's degree; and most importantly, you must have exceptional one on one customer service skills that compliment the mission and values of the hotel.
