Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development is responsible for delivering year-over-year net revenue growth and profitability for California mobile imaging programs. This includes identifying new strategic relationships and imaging sales opportunities within healthcare service markets.
The successful candidate will have a track record of networking and penetrating physician organizations such as CAPG (California Association of Physician Groups), IPA's (Independent Practice Association), insurance companies and third party payor contacts and securing “preferred provider” status partnerships within these groups. A strong personal network of contacts within these groups and markets will be a key factor to your success.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
● Analyzes market data/competitive landscape; performs due diligence on potential customers/competitors and implements a strategic territory plan to deliver on fixed site growth targets.
● Manages entire business development pipeline.
● Prospects, identifies and/or leverages existing customer relationships to drive new business and recommends business opportunities to leadership based on project attractiveness and risks.
● Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Operations and Marketing to design customized customer solutions that generate a positive ROI for the customer and company.
● Leads deals to closure and facilitates the transition of a client relationship to the Operations Team.
Requirements: Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus. Candidate must possess at least seven years of experience in developing complex, consultative solutions in a healthcare service environment. Prior imaging/ultrasound sales experience is preferred.
