The Headhunters are on the hunt for a SQL Analyst and Tech Support professional looking for contract employment managing an Events Pro SQL Server.
Main responsibilities include:
Managing calls that come from a group stationed throughout Alberta.
Maintaining and updating existing software (no program development)
Addressing trouble tickets on the server side
Providing technical support to lead contacts
There is a good support network for this position; if you need help you will just need to make a call! Given that this is a position that does not require the successful candidate to be on-site; we will consider individuals anywhere in Alberta.
