Our client a large and successful Construction company that has a steady and consistent track record of success is on the hunt for an Executive Assistant. This is an exciting position for someone who has strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Receiving and screening incoming telephone calls to the Manager and eliciting necessary information to allow timely and accurate responses.
Updating Managers schedules.
Composing and/or editing a variety managers documents. This includes many highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts and proposals.
Assisting with organizing meetings and special events; including annual Christmas parties, Meetings, etc. Arranging for catering, locations, distribution of information with respect to the event and any gifts or handouts for the event.
Developing and maintaining a well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
Working on research projects as directed.
Arranging travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare itinerary, both corporate and personal for the Manager.
