SUMMARY
iParadigms, LLC, the makers of WriteCycle™ powered by Turnitin, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to help drive growth and develop an existing Inside Sales team. This position oversees a team responsible for selling and renewing iParadigms’ enterprise solutions services to the K–20 Education channel.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 20 Higher and Secondary Education Account managers on a daily basis to ensure high productivity, quota attainment and continual expansion and renewal of our business.
- Directly manage team focusing on mentoring, selling and negotiating skills and professional development.
- Work with management to establish and manage individual and group quotas, provide training, review and edit customer proposals, contribute to sales efforts, improve processes, efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Work with the Director of Customer Care to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and communication between the Inside Sales and Customer Care teams.
- Provide strategic vision to Marketing to help develop tools, campaigns, programs, and materials to drive new and renewal business.
- Assist our training and support staff as necessary to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and maximize renewal potential by driving usage.
- Ensure accuracy of CRM data and sales activity tracking.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Requirements/Background:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 5 – 7 Years of sales experience required.
- 2 – 3 Years of sales management preferred.
- Must have managed $15 – $20M in revenue.
- Experience selling web services in the Education environment preferred.
- Experience in leading teams, developing and coaching personnel a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, sales and organizational skills required.
- Driven, self-starter with high ability to multi-task and handle multiple internal and customer facing initiatives simultaneously.
- History of exceeding sales quotas and recognized success.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM.
- Working knowledge of computers and general software applications.
Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission.
