TECHNICAL MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

As Technical Manager, you will be in charge of all technical aspects relating to the company’s products. Your responsibilities will be from product research and development through controlling final product quality. You will work directly with customers as well as suppliers to develop new products and to resolve problems. As a Department Manager, you will set the budget and supervise technicians to achieve our goals. Current processes include hot melt adhesive mixing and coating, water base acrylic coating, flexographic printing, plus various types of slitting.
This position requires a Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5 years experience in the adhesives and/or web coating industry, leadership and interpersonal abilities, good verbal and written skills, plus knowledge of adhesive materials, test procedures, lab equipment and coating processes.
